Tami Paulsen has worked as a business professional for over 20 years. In 1998, she joined her husband, Bryan Paulsen in his firm as Secretary/Treasurer and Director of Business and Marketing. Her considerable background includes business administration and general management, as well as marketing and public relations functions. Tami’s responsibilities include management of human resources, legal, accounting, marketing and public relations activities.

In addition to her duties at Paulsen Architects, Tami is also very involved in community service endeavors and holds director or leadership positions in many organizations. Tami's accomplishments in business and her contributions to community have earned her several awards and honors including the "Sam Walton Business Leader Award" and the Mankato YWCA "Woman of Distinction" award.
