Marina Lodge

This new mixed used residential and retail development is located on Lake Sisseton in Fairmont, Minnesota. Tenants will have underground parking, stunning lake views and easy lake access. The first phase of the project features a single large retail space and 11 condominium units. The top floor has an exclusive penthouse unit complete with a private rooftop garden. The second phase will be a similar building, doubling the retail and residential units for the site. A new lakeside path will connect the retail properties with an existing park to the South.
