The bold design and creative vision of Paulsen Architects effectively converted a bland medical office facility into this upscale custom jewelry showroom. The owners, outgrowing their existing space, were drawn to the building by its great location and perfect size. Our designers carefully selected interior and exterior finishes that would provide a warm and elegant visit.

Renovation of the interior space included demolition of all interior walls, construction of a new floor plan and selection of all new finish materials. Warm-colored porcelain tile, woods, dark bronze architectural aluminum, specialty light fixtures, and beautiful custom-designed cherry display cabinets are featured in the retail showroom. The new space also includes private offices, an open office area, specialized workrooms, conference room, a reception area and a large retail showroom.

The exterior renovation includes a new entrance with beautiful curved windows, highlighted by monogrammed custom awnings. Synthetic stucco over portions of the original exterior masonry softens the building and is gives a more updated and elegant image.
