Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church and School

To accommodate the growth of its congregation and students, Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church and School needs to expand both its church facility and educational classroom building. Paulsen Architects is performing a comprehensive space needs assessment for the church and for the K-12 school to determine a definitive space program and looking at whether it would be best for them to expand and renovate both facilities at their existing locations, or to relocate to a new, more open site with entirely new facilities. Renovation options for the existing facilities, which is among the oldest in the Mankato area, would create more user-friendly spaces, a simple circulation pattern, be ADA compliant and have greater overall accessibility as well as enhanced security.
