The Marigold

This new mixed-use residential and office development is located on Belgrade Avenue in downtown North Mankato. The first phase of this project is built right up to Belgrade Avenue and features a 2-story, mixed-used building with commercial office space on the first floor and second floor apartments. The second and third phases of the project include another multi-story, mixed-use building and a multi-story building of condominiums.

The housing units are contemporary and offer the newest modern and urban alternative for housing in Southern Minnesota. Phase I’s construction was completed in 2011 and future phases for the site are in the Design Development phase.
