Bethany Lutheran College Master Planning

Paulsen Architect and Damon Farber Associates completed the Master Plan for Bethany Lutheran College to accommodate future academic, religious, athletic and housing needs for the campus for the next 25 years.  New construction, renovations, and landscape developments were considered to contribute to the “visual wholeness” of the campus while creating a barrier-free environment, and complete ADA accessibility on campus. The plan addresses aesthetic and physical improvements to all the campus entries, simplifies circulation systems (both vehicular and pedestrian), and wayfinding to campus destinations, as well as new facilities to be added to the campus. The Master Plan creates a “sense of place” that solidifies and refines the campus identity and embodies the mission of Bethany Lutheran College.
