Hilton Garden Inn

Conveniently located in downtown Mankato between the Civic Center and the Intergovernmental Center (IGC) this nine-story, 115-foot tall new upscale hotel will be the tallest building in Mankato, forever changing its skyline. The hotel will also rejuvenate downtown development and serve as a catalyst for additional growth and expansion. Two new skyways will connect the hotel to the civic center, the IGC and an existing parking ramp. The hotel will have 100+ rooms, a restaurant and bar on the second floor and suites on the top floor. Stone, metal, and brick will be used on the base of the building, with EIFS on the upper floors.
