Advanced Skincare Aesthetics Institute

The Advanced Skin Care Institute (ASCI), a medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology practice, needed a new facility to provide state-of-the-art treatments and services for its customers. Their new location, just a few miles from their existing site, is located on a wooded lot, providing a comfortable, relaxed and private environment. The new single story facility includes exam and procedure rooms as well as administrative offices, successfully consolidating their practice from two locations to one. Situated on a unique site split by wetlands, the building is in the back of the lot, taking advantage of the views into the woods and parking areas are located on both sides of the wetland. The building’s structure was designed to have a second floor added, accommodating ASCI’s plans for growth.
