Owatonna College & University Center

This collaborative project between the City of Owatonna and Riverland Community College (RCC) will be a state-of-the-art higher educational and training Center. RCC, which will lease the building from the City, will feature an education/training center, computer training labs, smart classrooms, interactive video classrooms, meeting rooms, administrative offices, and student lounge area. The building is constructed of architectural pre-cast panels.
