Loyola Campus Renovation - Notre Dame Elementary

Mankato, MN

Paulsen Architects was engaged by MACS to provide master planning and design services to renovate and expand the Loyola Campus, which was a 9-12 grade campus, to accommodate the Pre K-12 educational needs of the MACS system. In 2002 the master-planning process was completed and a plan for phasing of the project was developed.

In 2003 design services were performed to renovate a portion of the Loyola campus to accommodate the relocation of all MACS elementary grades Pre K-3. The renovation was completed and these grades were relocated from three separate classroom buildings. Grades Pre K-3 are now consolidated as one school in one building, Notre Dame Elementary School. Currently, our design team is providing planning and design services for additional renovation to facilities for the relocation of all grades 4-6, and potentially grades 7 and 8, to the Loyola campus.
