East Junior High Vestibule, Mankato Area Public Schools, ISD #77

Because the East Junior High and East High School share a building with several entrances that all look the same, the Mankato Area Public School District enlisted the help of Paulsen Architects to build a new, identifiable main entrance for the East Junior High.

Paulsen Architects created a dynamic new stone and glass vestibule that not only made the entrance easier to locate, but created an air lock and windbreak, saving heating and cooling costs and making the inside more comfortable as well.
