US Bank Service Center

This new two-story US Bankcorp Service Center houses their growing Business Equipment Finance & Leasing Group and serves as the anchor for Marshall’s new business park. The building includes executive offices, general offices, large open area equipped with modular/systems offices, conference rooms, training rooms, large computer server room, employee lunchroom with kitchen, reception area, and space for retail banking. In 2005, construction began on a new 20,000 square-foot addition to the facility. When completed, it will house nearly 400 employees. The project is constructed of gray architectural pre-cast exterior and features two large glass curtain walls.
