The Marigold

This new mixed use residential and office development is to be located on Belgrade Avenue in North Mankato. The future tenants will have parking behind the building.

The first phase of the project will be built right up to Belgrade Avenue and a second building is planned to the north of the first building. The second floor is designed to have a rooftop deck for residents and office tenants.
