Landkamer Building

The restoration of the historic Landkamer Building converted the 44,000 square foot abandoned furniture warehouse into an Art Deco office and retail mixed-use building. New windows were added to the building, more than doubling the natural light that now floods the interior tenant spaces. Part of the second floor was removed to create a grand two-story atrium lobby. The lobby features a seven-foot custom light fixture, an etched limestone mural, and black granite fountain. New exterior wall sconces accent the beautiful brick walls and provide the final touch for the building’s Art Deco theme.
