Bolton & Menk

This new building houses the corporate headquarters offices for Bolton & Menk, a civil and environmental engineering, and survey services firm. The building includes private offices, open office area, conference rooms, reproduction space, an employee break-room with kitchen, and employee restrooms complete with showers. The project, which also has a detached eight-stall vehicle garage, features exposed ductwork and canopies to convey the image of an engineering practice. The facility is constructed of architectural pre-cast wall panels with a steel frame roof structure. The exterior is highlighted by standing seam roof and canopies, and exposed structural steel is featured on both the exterior and interior.
