City of Mankato Storefront Rehabilitation

Through this program, sponsored by the City of Mankato, Paulsen Architects provides renderings for storefront tenants located in the downtown area, giving owners a vision of how their building or storefront could look. Renderings show how lighting, facade and structural elements, landscaping, better identification and other beautification efforts can enhance their building, visually making their business more of a destination. And while tenants can ultimately choose if and how they want to implement the proposed improvements, they can do so knowing efforts are being done in concert with others, and that all rehabilitated storefronts will complement each other.
