City of Mankato City Center Renaissance

In cooperation with the City of Mankato and several other architecture firms, Paulsen Architects is helping creating and overall City Center Renaissance. Building upon previous planning efforts, the Renaissance focuses on strengthening the interdependence of residential, industrial, service and commercial sectors through revitalization, reconnection and reinvestment. The City Center's strong employment base, civic facilities, historical assets and unique character provide the foundation of the strategies that will foster the goals of a Renaissance. A variety of public and private investments will create and support the momentum that will strengthen the City Center's role as the community's central hub.
