Two Rivers Place

Two Rivers Place, originally an auto dealership, was completely renovated into a new retail center and a commercial metal fabrication company. The showroom space was converted to the remodeled retail space. Traditional “small town” buildings inspired the design and materials. Tall towers at both ends of the building were built up to increase visibility from the busy Riverfront Drive. Brick columns give the building a classic look while providing a durable maintenance-free material at its base, and backlit awnings add a splash of color to the storefronts, day and night. The traditional look is carried out in the lighting fixtures, upper windows, cornices and stone accents.
